so much vibration!!!

hey guys, i just installed my awr 88 rear motor mount, and the vibration in 1st gear at 1000rpm to 2000rpm is huge!!! just reving the motor causes massive vibrations. is this cause i went with the 88 durometer? also i bought the mount used but it was in perfect condition from a good guy from this forum. any info would be great

From what I recall, the AWR does cause the most vibration. All of them will vibrate to some degree. You should notice some reduction overtime as it breaks in a bit (since yours is used, you might not notice that as much). I have the cp-e myself, I am sure someone with the AWR will chime in and be able to give you a better idea on yours.

hopefully someone chimes in and what durometer is your spe one? how do u like it?

cp-e doesn't use urethane, I have never seen any info on the durometer. I like it a lot, it tightened up the drivetrain quite a bit. The only vibration I get is at idle, you can feel it through the steering wheel and shifter but I barely notice it any more.

cool, and i guess ill have to drive it for a bit and see how it is, but as of right now its pretty much unbearable. just shakes the whole car
