so how natural and fast are you at heal toe down shifting?

definitely pretty good. I have gotten alot better with it over the past year every now and then ill mess it up but i think thats mainly because there is too much of a gap between our pedals.

I have big ole monkey feet so I just use the side of my foot, Its not too hard. But really how often are we doign this? On the track or up in the mountains liek I just did (boobs)

looks like he was double clutching on downshifts...tried that once and failed miserably. took me like 2.5 seconds to downshift one gear and had to blip the throttle like 10 times to match.

that's why i like my bike shifting better

i suck. but ironically, i am better in the MS3, than my '81 911SC. i cant figure out why. i think the mazda has such a feathery throttle compared to my cable drive Pcar go pedal, that it only takes a brush from the side of my foot to blip the throttle. i am not fast tho.

its all about placement of your foot, its pretty easy to do quick(enough) in this car with how touchy the pedals are. my big feet probably help reach between too. it is also faster if you wear thin shoes like vans that let you feel the pedals and bend your foot a little
