SMS Issue - Worked, now doesn't?!

On June 14, I picked up my new 2014 Mazda 6GT. She is awesome and I cannot say enough good things about the car. This is my fourth Mazda, and the best yet. (I leased the past 3, purchased this one)

I have a Blackberry Z10 and it connected immediately as soon as I paired it to the radio and everything was working fine. I was able to get phone calls, listen to my playlist and received emails and text messages. At some point on Tuesday, I received a text message and hit the "Download Now" button. It downloaded and then went to the screen where it lists my messages. When I got to the next light, I pressed the message and nothing happened? It made a beeping sound recognizing it had been pressed, but it didn't display the message and when I hit the speaker, it didn't read it either. I made no changes to the radio or phone, so confused as to why this would happen?! I reset the Bluetooth and unpaired my phone and redid it all and it is still happening. Any advice?!

First off, nice car!

Lastly it appears your phone is NOT supported for the messaging feature. http://www.mazdausa.com/MusaWeb/displayPage.action?pageParameter=bluetooth

In this case I believe there is an issue with the BT MAP protocol which is why this is working inconsistently. Try extending the timeout and disable HTML. http://docs.blackberry.com/en/smartphone_users/deliverables/47561/mes1343592141099.jsp

agproject, thank you for your reply. I changed the timeout and all, and still nothing. Hopefully there will be some sort of update soon for my phone!
