time to order the sls side mount now. just discovered my stock side mount is 100% torn

Just installed my side sls mount. Not too much trouble gettin it in. My stock mount was completely torn as you can see in the pic. I did not need to buy new bolts as the ones provided worked perfect for me. My bracket does look a lil bit crooked tho and the fitment of it was fairly tight. From your picture, yours does not look crooked. I will take a pic of mine here shortly and post.

How is the NVH on the SLS front mount compared to the RR insert?

I see you guys trying to keep good relation w/ customers but when it comes to rear mm request you guys seem to ignore it ??
Since obviously the front is a "wanna have it" then why not make the rear one as well ??
I don't wanna buy something else and you guys decide to bring the rear mm for sell after that time , I mean a lot of ppl want the rear mm as well so I don't understand why ignore such a thing ??
