i've seen a lot of cars with the antenna for sirius satelite mounted inside the car, like in the back deck of the car and even some on the front dash of the car. mine...on the other hand is stuck right on top the damn car and i hate it there. i wanna move in the car but don't know about the reception???? is it just the same, worse, i doubt it's better but it could be. if anyone has it in the car and thinks it works pretty damn good there, SPEAK UP!!!!!!

I have mine on the inside too and I have tinted windows. It still works, it does cut out once and a while under a bridge or a big metal sign or something. Other than rattling once and a while it is fine for me

I had mine inside, on the rear deck and I did not get anything at all. I have 5% tint so that would probably be the problem.

I tried sticking mine inside w. no luck. I attributed it to my hp tints, so now i have it mounted on the trunk.

hey react, hows the reception with the antenna on the trunk, i wondered what that would be like with the spoiler and all. i think i might move mine to the back deck and try that. i'm guessin a lot of the reception pry has to do with where you live to. mine only cuts out going under and overpass and thats it.

I have seen it mounted ON the rear window on the outside. Down bottom in the center. Slug420 did this. I have mine on the roof and I am pissed about it.

Mine is perfect until you go under a bridge/overpass/very big tree. Other than that - no probs.

I have mine inside the car on the rear deck. I have 15% tint and it only cuts out once in awhile under bridges/overpasses same as everyone else.
