side marker options

i've been gettin hasseled a lot by the cops for my clear turn signal bulbs....im gonna be changing my rear turn signals to red and puttin the yellow bulbs back in the front and side...currently i have clear cellica side markers...my question is what should i do use the clears markers with yellow bulbs or put the stock yellow side markers on...and then i also have a can of nite shades sittin around should i tint either of the side markers (the stock one or the clear ones) some input on what to do would be appreciated

do the yellow bulbs look weird at all with the clear lenses....especially sinced they're always on

Clear corners are legal only if you have another area that reflects yellow on the side. BUT, if you put in yellow bulbs then it'll look nice during the day but cops won't know at night.

White turn signal bulbs are actually legal as well. They are just being pricks based on other evidence I'm sure (ie: loud exhaust, slammed suspension, dark tint, import car, young driver, speeding or all of the above profiling)

You are supposed to have something that reflects back yellow at the front side of the car and something that reflects back red at the rear corners. In the front of the car you can have any light ranging from white to yellow and in the rear it's the same for turn signals.

It's up to you, do what you like. I'll be using niteshades on the yellow as it'll look normalat night but dark in the day.

Looks perfectly fine. I actually prefer the look to the old marker. Looks much cleaner.

i've been thinkin im gonna nite shades the the yellow markers and decide which i like better, those or the clear ones...either way the yellow bulbs are goin back in

they certainly do, i have the "stealth" bulbs all around my car along with LEDs for any other bulbs. believe the website is www.superlumination.com

I have those chrome/amber ones in mine. Look chrome when off amber when on but nothing that reflects yellow. No hassles so far..............

Chrome Covered Amber for mee too in the front to make the lens look white when off but yellow when on or indicating.

You could also use a LED replacement. They are clear but light up yellow...
