Do you guys think that RM Racing should build a Turbo for our engine, or focus on other items such as a header and coilovers? If I come to them with enough interest, we could get one.
The more votes, the better...

I would love to see a turbo but I would not have the money for it and I'd wait till after my warranty was up even if I did.

Gyre, I thought that too. But what about Mazdaspeed making a Turbo? Doesnt that prove that Mazda does not believe a turbo(with their specifications) will not harm the engine? Could that prevent voiding of the warranty? The question will most likely have some old forum fogie bringing up the sema.org website and talking about "the dealer has to prove..." But wouldn't the dealer have no leg to stand on if Mazda is putting on turbos from the factory? Anyway, I'd love to get one on my car, which is why I'm asking if you'd like one too?

Even if you put the MazdaSpeed 3's turbo in your car, I think you'd find it tough to get Mazda to cover warranty work. It's more than I want to worry about regardless of what the law says.

I totally understand...I'm just all mod-happy now that RM Racing is going to put anything they make on my P5. :)

I say no.....Why? Because not enough people on this site are willing to dump the cash for a real kit. It's kinda frustrating to hear people whin and gripe for a turbo kit, then when one does get release they complain about the price. $3800 is about what a turbo kit should cost, but other think $1800 is what they should cost. If RM is to make a kit, they should take a look at what type of people on the car first.

I think they should just make a quality manifold.
