Should I continue to use 10w-30?

I noticed the sticker on the windshield that previous owner's shop has been using 10W-30 engine.

Should I continue to use that in the upcoming engine oil change?

Odometer: some 163,000 miles
Location: Southern California

Thank you.

I think your 2008's recommended oil is SAE 5W-20.

Considering you're in SoCal, I don't think you need the thinner (5W-20) oil since your temp. doesn't dip very cold in the winters. 10W-30 in general is recommended for older engines (163k miles is creeping up to the "old" category).

BTW, do you have the 3.5L or 3.7L in that car?
