Who? Me? Already have one. How'd you know? Only it was free off of an extra oem donor snorkel I had @ some point.

No, just a piece of oem snorkel that was cut off to be a spacer for the filter. The coupler is in the magic box of every intake possible for this motor for some other day.......the black between the maf & filter you can see is actually the tail end of the filter itself

ok i wanna install a short intake ram or a cold air intake on my car..i have the japanese 1.5 protege5..yes i kno it slow but in trinidad (the caribbean country) it standard so fast cars not dat common..anyway i want to install this on my car
the problem i have is the air flow sensor which is the lil electrical little box on the hole dat goes to the stock airfilter which is a box..i cant easily install the intake but without the airflow sensor..but would give problems so i was told.
so i wud like to kno how do i install the intake without problems..wud it be possible to reuse the current airflow sensor? like cut out the piece of piping (which is rubber or plastic) an seal it to piping? i dont kno much about engines i know more music an detail customising

so ya see the problem..see where the airflow sensor is an daz the problem i have..it like built onto the box that holds the drop in filter..an i really wanna put is buh it have ppl who sayin dey cud do it but i dont trust dem cuz some ppl in trinidad tends to do halfway work an i rather spend 5hours doing it dan let a guy do it in an hour an do it half way cuz he not gonna hadd live wit it..so suggestions as to how i doing this please
