i have it and its awesome, makes shifting feel so much nicer.

so the mod is a must? is installation easy? and is there any vibration?

no there isn't any vibration its just a shifter weight. i dont know if its a must but i think its pretty worthy. install takes probably 5min. there are 2 bolts on the shifter weight, piece of cake.
