Shaved molding pics?

Ummm, er, not to be a dolt here or anything, but could somebody post a before and after shot maybe with some arrows or sumpthin b/c I'm not sure which part you're talking about and I may want to do this if it's that simple. Thanx!

its super simple, just rip off the side moldings, there might be some tape left on it, take that off with some 3m adhesive remover, i think, that other link could probably help you out a lot better

Keola, that white one is yours? That is niiiiice. You should paint the black parts on your mirrors, like the "neck" part. Basically how the MSp is painted to match the car. that would look really good. the whole white thing, Crunk....(did I use it right? hehe)

yah, it looks a lot different now, its got turbo and im about to put on a replica autoexe lip and grill, red kevlar/cf hood, and some other stuff, ill post more pics when its done

anyone with a black mp5 do this? If it's going to leave any marks it would show on our black mica...

try that, i think he did his, also dave (pro 5) did his, no problems with paint or anything, but i think if your car is old the paint might have faded and the color under the molding might be different, besides that, there should be no problem, looks a lot cleaner without them
