Seattle area mini meet

So where are we talking about going?

Where would it be pretty central for everyone. I talked to most of the 3G people and seems like south puget sound would work for us.

Any ideas?

Yeah I'm pretty new to the area so someone needs to suggest a bowling aley somewhere. Just make sure it's within 20-30 minutes of downtown seattle.

I'll be going to one in Kent tomorrow after work.

I'll let y'all know if it decent, It's deff. within 15 mins of Seattle

The one in Ballard is nice i think its on 15th. There isalso ia nice one in west seattle but i cant remeber where.

Ok there are a few in Seattle that seem like they might be nice, one in west seattle, and one in Shoreline. If anyone has personal experience post the name of the place. I'm going to start calling tommorow to see what kind of group rates/weekend deals they have.

I'm starting a headcount in my first post. Let me know if you want to be put on or taken off, and give me your names (I'm terrible with names)

If you guys wanted to go bowling there is a new 6 Million Dollar Bowling Alley open in Tukwilla called "Acme Bowling". They have a VIP bowling area that costs about 40 bucks per alley per hour. Now having 6 people per lane that isn't that much and they have monster screens at the end of the lanes that you can watch a DVD on as well as their being couches instead of the uncomfortable seats... check into it..

Wow, that is nice!

Yup, that's the plan. I'm still asking anyone whos not already on the list to post up so I can have an accurate count before I call to ask about group pricing. I'll call them tommorow.... if I'm awake....

I also recommend that new place in Tukwilla.
My best friend here drives a 96 Eclipse. I will ask him if he want to join as well.

I went to ACME last weekend. It was like 35 bucks for 2 people for 2 games icluding shoe rentals. But if we could get the 2 lanes in the louge that would be nice.

Haha, oh yeah I forgot about that grill. Yeah that thing took like 20 minutes to get a hamburger cooked, hahaha.

Mine cooked those hamburgers in like 10 ******* seconds but I also had like 50lbs of charcoal in there. sorry for ditching but my cousin was bitching at me to leave and nobody seemed to want to eat anything I cooked. maybe it was because of the incinerator I call a grill?

And it would be MUCH cheaper over a large group of people. Since you can put 6 people on a lane that's only 7.00 each person + shoe rental. ON top of it the VIP bowling lounge is way laid back compared to the other lanes since they are kinda set apart. Good thing to remember.

I also will not be able to make it after all unfortunately. My buddy is getting married on the 21st at 3PM so I can't really miss that. Sorry.
