Seat Removal

Howdy!
I am trying to figure out how to remove the front seats in my 5. I'm trying to put some Dynamat type stuff in to cut down on the road noise.
Anywho, has anyone had any luck with this? My biggest concern is trying to unplug the Airbag sensor doodad. How is this done? I would rather not have it blow up on me or my wife while we are doing this.

Unhook the battery or you will need to take it to the dealer to recalibrate the passenger occupant sensor. That will also prevent the airbag from deploying.

Make sure you wait a few minutes to let the system discharge before you unplug anything.
