Ok guys, I need your help with my law project...I am doing a mock trial, and we have to disclose evidence on wednesday..I have a copy of a US District Court Search Warrant..for Southern FLorida

What I would like, is perhaps someone out there has a Canadian Search Warrant...I cannot find any pics on the web...and I would really like an official copy, rather than a doctored US one...but if I have to, I'll use the US one(it's not like I hate the US or anything...it's just that it's a Canadian Law Class...lol). Also, any police officers on here like to share what I can include in my log book(I have a good idea, I just wanna be sure). Thanks alot guys..all the help is appreciated(wishful thinking). Before anyone flames me, I have a very good idea of what to do with all of this, I am just making sure with a few things...

bump, bump bump...no-body has even seen this yet...I'll set her back up to the top so you guys get a chance to see it.

i'll ask my GF... she works across the street from town hall in Ottawa - and deals with judges and lawyers all day long

I hate trial lawyers.. but it depends on whatever the case is supposed to be about. Tell me a little more about the project and I'll try to help. Especially with it being based on Canadian law. I'm certainly no expert there. There are plenty of things you can log in as evidence in a case. I carry a small notebook in my cargo pocket, some call it a log, I just call it my notebook. It helps me to remember names, places, evidence, etc. It can be used as evidence in a trail, so I try to write as badly and incoherantly as possible. lol

What is your case based on? What are the charges, who's the suspect or victim, what was the circumstances of the arrest and therefore, trial? I need more info.

I'll type it out later, but it's a charge for trafficking Crack Cocaine(no way is this guy gonna be found guilty). It was 7.5grams found in a bag, under the pocket of a pool table in his bar. Like I said, I'll type up all the details when I get home from school. It's a pretty crappily made Mock trial by some Law Students that are in University...It's so horrible...oh well, such is life. Yeah, I'm either gonna be A cop(witness) for the Crown, or the Accused(Bar owner) for the defence...we prepare both sides of the case, and then the day before the trial, we flip a coin to see what side we play.
