fist off i think hie guilty.
the judge can still set aside any verdict the jury returns and might cause of the fact that the foreman and another jury member were replaced in the middle of the trial. also the whole case is circumstancial. no true direct evidence was found.
i tihnk hes guilty but i dont think that the prosocution proved it well enough.
they should have waited too see if he would have screwed up on his own if he thought he had gotten away with it. there is no experation date on murder.
