Scotch guard?

I'm not sure if the fabric seats in the touring have any protectant on them from the factory. I was thinking about Scotch Guarding them. I think I have seen it in spray cans. Comments? Thankyou Ed Hayes

Ed: I think this is still pretty common practice for people who are concerned about such things. Certainly can't do any harm. I just never seem to have problems with soiling upholstry, so I have never bothered. BTW: Great color, Soul Red. I was just thinking yesterday that, had I waited a year, I would have had a difficult time deciding between that and Sky Blue Mica. Then yesterday afternoon as I approached my 2013 Touring in the Lowe's parking lot in brilliant sunshine I said to myself, "I don't know, SBM is pretty hard to beat!" Enjoy!

I always use Scotch Guard when the car is new and maybe every year or so. Can't hurt and it's cheap enough.
