Scariest movie

I just saw The Grudge last night...I've got to say, this is the scariest movie that I can recall seeing. I normally know when scary parts come up in movies, so I don't jump the way a lot of people do, and I end up laughing at parts others find scary. Well, this movies had me silent by the time I left the theater. I didn't even want to go home. The noises that chick was making, and the final scene in the movie just put it over the top. I wouldn't go see it again, even for free. Definately something you'd have to see in the theaters to get the full feel of it though.

Ok, I just saw "The Grudge" last night. That is easily the freakiest movie I have seen in a loooooooooooooong time. Sam Raimi did an awesome job. It had me looking over my shoulder last night.

The little something that probably got me more than other people was the first attic scene. I just bought my first house a while ago. It's a ranch, but it has an attic that's accessible through a panel in the ceiling of a small coat closet in the hallway. I decided that I wanted to see what was up there (at night, of course), so I grabbed my flashlight and ladder and popped my head up into it. I couldn't go up because of space contraints and the fact that there weren't any boards to crawl on, so I was just looking around with half of my body in the attic and an underpowered flashlight. Oh, and I also have a raccoon that likes to walk around on the roof at night. I have a pretty good imagination, so there were a lot of freaky things going through my head, but I can tell you that if I had seen this movie first, there is no way in hell that I would have done that.

I'm right there with U. I work late at work all the time, BIG office building, I'm on the 10th floor. I don't think I will be doing that 4 awhile.

Yes. That's the beauty of it. It all happens around things/places you can relate to. At home, taking a shower, looking at mirrors... etc.

Check out their website and try the interactive walk thru "the house":
