since I posted I see the blue one in DC every day, at least two of the silver ones in westminster every day and I saw a red one today. All of a sudden they appeared!
RAAZ227, If you ever see a Mini Cooper S, VA tags dark silver with a goofy guy with glasses, blow his doors off. I harass him all the time, he's a co-worker of mine, Same goes for a blue one with stripes and the ground effects..We like to make fun of each others cars.
