I hope you all that live in the fire zones in San Diego County got out safe. I had the day off coz my work place was evacuated before I got there.

Hopefully we've seen the worst and the fire will die down.

Hm I really need to start watching the news. What happened? Well obviously a fire but how bad was it? is it? still going?

Yup still going... 25,000 plus acres. Alot of homes burned down or damaged....
My high school is one of the evactuation centers and all schools and colleges are closed tomorrow.
Even the mayor asked empolyers to let their employees have the day off... Just alot of stuff going on.

look in off topic, i posted my situation there. I can't stress it enough. Please stay safe people. Family and friends can't be replaced.

fhew, i just dropped my GF off at the airport and their control centers are all screwed up at LAX since power went out at a few of them or something like that. She actually hopped on a flight that was delayed from 3:30pm this afternoon just now at 9:30.

the air quality here is ass. my eyes were burning.

Some of the problem with air traffic has to do with the fact that the control towers in certain areas are closed, the FAA is wary of letting flights go like that.
