Hey guys, im looking to find protege owners in the salem NH area. I see some around town and thought it would be cool to get together, Always good to have another set of experinced hands when doing some work on the cars.

Got your PM but I thought I would post for all to see (nana)
I'm here in Salem and I think it would be cool to get together. I haven't been too active around here lately - just got a new job and my commute sucks, so I don't have a lot of spare time to mess around anymore. Any plans to work on your car? My last "mod" was installing a tape deck in the stock headunit, so nothing too crazy. I'm still waiting for my warranty to run out before I touch the engine, exhaust and/or suspension.

I'm lucky i got a decent commute, 15 minutes to lawrence in the morning. Anyways, i get out of work between 3 and 5 depending on what kinda overtime im looking for. let me know when you are free.

mods planned? new intake to replace my silly little one i made, rb exhaust or custom i cant decide which. I am going down to lou's custom exhaust today to check out thier prices. Headers, mayb a high flow cat, i wanna keep at least one cat in so i might be able to pass inspection.

i cant believe NH brings back emissions now, what bad timing.

i have a decent sound system but i keep pouring money in it.

Hey man, welcome to the forums... Salem isn't a bad place... you from there originally? there are a bunch of us around manchester/concord, and NH is small, so I am sure a meet could be arranged.

As for me, I come back August 10th-24th from overseas for vacation. I would love to set up a meet then if possible. I'll have to bring it up to slug. I was thinking a seacoast cruise, as I have a house in Rye. We can chill there if need be, ya know, a good ole' NH beer-be-cue. lemme know what you think, and welcome!

Thanks, i love the coast, spend as much time there as possible. Pretty much born and raised in salem. moved there when i was newborn. I like being in the center of it, but in 5 minutes you can find backroads that go no where, and just let it loose.

Beer b cue rocks, i love to grill. I grill burgers steaks, tips or dogs, every day. I go to my friend's house and take over his grill too, cook for his whole family.

Underage on the beer part, but that never stopped a college kid.

we all know college students never ever drink.

maybe we can get a time and date going, get as many people there as possible!
