Got our NEW '08 M3 Sport GT 'Krowned' today !
KROWN is a company specializing in rustproofing vehicles in Canada.
They drill holes for access to interior panels and spray the rustproofing material on the inards and underside of the car, then plug the holes with plastic plugs. Then they sorta make an attempt to wash the access and o'spray off the car.
The process must be repeated annually to prolong the life of the vehicle, and to validate thier warranty.
Our old 323 was still motoring at 300,000K, but the body was definetly showing it's age with 13 winters and an abundance of rust perforation.
Hopefully this application will protect the new Mazda from the same fate !
I figured at a little over a $100 for the application, it was worth trying.
The winter conditions here can be pretty harsh on daily drivers.
Only time will tell ! (dunno)

Theres so many nooks and crannies that stuff will never work 100%. Something is better than nothing and I have heard that the regular 3's rot out on the door hinges.

I hear yah - they sure put a lot of stuff in there 'cause it's still seepin out.
As you sed: ". . . somethings gotta be better than nothing",
I guess it's just a wait 'n see thing ! (yes)

I got mine rust proofed when I got it. My '94 626 was rustproofed and it did not get any rust. Might be just my luck
