Ok guys dont flame I tried a search first....

But how many of you guys have had little black rust spots appear on the black metal molding around windows of doors?

I am going to b**** at dealers but when I called they said rust chips are not covered but these are not chips, these are like bubbles under the paint that are breaking through the paint...

here are my warranty issues so far:

1. black molding rust.
2. drivers door arm rest cracked
3. windshield whistles
4. shift knob leather wears off
5. Clunk in the rear. HAHAHA my 5th time.
6. rust on hubs
7. paint wearing off of rear inner wheel wells

PLUS how do you know for sure if you have a front end bushing problem? WOULD I HAVE A FRONT CLUNK LIKE THE REAR? My front end just seems a little loose somehow?????

THANKS

it doesnt seem to me like a lot of people are checking this out though??

I would assume the clunk would make the same noises as the back but I am not sure?

isnt the rust on the center of the hubs faily common with cars. I mean not excessive, but some rust is always gonna be there isnt it?

the front is also bushings, however, as the hot summer rolls around it goes away (hot=expands, cold=opposite)

as it gets colder the front bushings shrink=noise. sounds like metal on metal noise?

yeah a little is to be expected, but I was talking about the rust specs coming through the paint around the door window frames

front bushings will squeak when cold, replacement cures that.

No problems with bubling door rust stuff, sorry

the rear window moudings between the two windows on the rear door is doing the same thin - rust bubbling through the paint - on both sides.
it's being replaced under the corrosion warrenty next week.
hope that helps.
