Room fuse keeps blowing

I had a bad jump and blew the room fuse.
Now everytime i try to put in a new fuse, it blows right away.

There is a short somewhere im taking it. How would i find it? I have not plugged anything new in to the car

Are you still under warranty? If so, i would suggest a dealership visit. I always leave electrical troubleshooting to them...

This happened to me after getting a failed jump. A wire in my dash was burned through and the metal was touching apart of the frame, shorting everything out. If you're under warranty, bring it to the dealer. If not, open up the center console and inspect and test each wire leading to an outlet or light.

did you hook up the cables backwards?

But what ryanjay said is more than likely the issue. Tracking it down is going to be the fun part.
