rolling the fenders

I was wondering if anybody has done a how-to on rolling fenders to eliminate tire rub
I got some 8.5 wide wheels and now they rub in the back with just a light load. I want to roll the fenders but not real sure on how. NEED HELP(doh)

what offset? and what tire size?

Just stick a bat or a pipe against the fender and tire and slowly roll forward.
