Just got my new amp a few days ago. Can't wait to install it. I'm gonna use it to blow my Walmart sub. haha The certificate says max power is 1248 watts!

good luck with that..

my roommate went through two or three of these and burnt them all out.. some sort of defect from the factory.. ended up getting an mtx.

I want to get a single 12 inch subwoofer soon. I'm looking at the Alpine Type-R or the Rockford Fosgate Punch Stage 3 both dual 4 ohm of course so I can wire it to 2 ohm load. Anyone have a recommendation to either one? Or any other suggestions?

This thing puts the power out. I took the sub out of my g/f's car and hooked it up to this amp and the sound just knocks. Her sub is a cheap one too. A Pioneer TS-W300R
