if u have touch up paint clean the chip out with rubbing alcohol then apply a small amount of the touch up paint and keep repeating everytime after u wash ur car...u want to build up past the original paint....then after u have a good amount of layers..wetsand with the highest grit u can find (4000 grit ) then using something flat to wrap the sandpaper on (something to keep equal pressure like a cigarette box?) using water in a spray bottle spray and sand KEEPING WET at all times(do not appy too much pressure) then once it is pretty much evened out. follow with use polishing compound and buff out any fine swirls and seal with wax...good luck remember build the layers slowly allowing time for touch up paint to cure and dry...
