if you didnt see this months issue of Road and Track. they have a write up on the 10 hot cars under 25,000. obviously the MP3 was one of them here are all the cars:
RSX type S - 23,650
Camare Z28 - 24,855
neon R/T - 18,015
Mustang GT - 24,163
Eclipse GT - 24,552
Altima 3.5 SE -24,920
WRX - 24,520
Celica GT-S - 24,781
GTi GLX - 23,400
and us -18,500
only the Neon bet us on price everybody else was over 23,000. but evey one of the editors said the same thing. great handling (3mph fastert than all the other cars, and faster than the corvette z06, and ferrare 360 spider). but they didnt like the low power and the headunit (old guys didnt like the small buttons)

the neon barely beat us with a 16.2 1/4mile everybody else beat us by 1 to 2 seconds. but they are all atleast 5 grand more than use. we had the best slalom and skidpad test only the Z28 and rsx came close. but we also had one of the best gas mileage only the neon beat us with a 24.1, see are cars are not that bad. and we have the rarest car in there too. sorry for the long post. i try to grab any and all articles about the car i love it. lata guys drop me a line AIM freekwonder

the only real "con" is the lack of power...not really a "con" compared to the other cars in the comparison.
