RHD MSP!I want to build this but need info?

Well ,I have a couple of other posts going on this subject but no one seems to know anything.
I need some help with research and importers if possibble.
I need pics and info on the Right hand drive pro's(familia,sport 20,or any other name they go by).
I also need to know who may be able to import me a whole RHD pro into the U.S. from anywhere .The car need not be a running vehicle or even a whole car .It can be salvaged or wrecked,but I need it to be somewhat complete in the mechanical dept. from the front doors forward.I have come across a couple of sport 20's myself that could be imported but I am not sure how to go about it.Any guy's from the west coast who have experience in importing things,your help would be greatly appreciated.

you would have to get alot of stuff custom fabed, you may even need to have your engine mounted longitudally (which would be a pain) and im not sure ( i think there is ) but you would have to have a channel for the axle to run through

it would cost upwards of 10k just for the body work and parts, that isn't inculding the fact you may need a rwd engine and trannsmission (a la miata) but i would say, if you are throwin a new engine in, get an sr20det, it would be about the same amount of work to get in and would put out way more power then the fs-de is capable of

What kind of CRACK are you smoking???
I said RHD(right hand drive) NOT RWD (rear wheel drive).
This is acheivable.All I need is a RHD pro to do it!

No No No. It would not cost upwards of 10k. Closer to 5k tops. First, it would not need a RWD engine, second, it would not need to be longitudically installed. All he would need is the bp tranny, which bolts to the fs engine. The custom fabbing would come in the rear end (IF he decides to go AWD) and at the firewall. The rest of the stuff bolts right up to the front end(I.E. steering rack, and what not. you just have to switch the mounting points around.

I think spending all of that $$ to make your car amazingly fast or really good looking would be more "pimp s***" than RHD. It's not like I didn't see RHD Skylines at NOPI & you're not going to be more pimp than that. Take my advice, it's good that you want to be unique, but think of a different way to do it.

This forum is a waste, when you want to find out about heavy s***. No one knows how or where to look, therefore they shun. I know what your trying to do, and back you 110%. Most people are not very competitive in the show world, so they do not understand us, and why we do what we do. It is ok though, we will have 2 of the sickests MSP's coming out next year.

I have my guy getting a price for me , it might take a few days for them to locate one. We get a lot of RHD clips for rx7's and Silvia's so i'm hoping he can find one for me. Chris @ SPD Racing
