Researching MS Drivetrains

Hello all, I'm doing some research(trying to find an AWD solution for a ford focus) anyway... I'm curious as to what transmission/transfer case(or PTO) that the mazdas are using. With the six speed, I was thinking it was a Getrag?
If someone has pics of the underside of one of these beasts or knows some specs they could pass my way? maybe I should post this on the MS6?

Or maybe in the Volvo S40 section. It has an AWD version and is built on the same platform as the 3.
