It's normal that cars get dirty here in winter in Canada. Mine isn't better.
By the way, there is a MP3 selling for 16900$CAN with 36000KM. Nice deal! but it's a stolen car, but not VGA.
Also, another one sell for 22000$CAN with 30000KM
