Replacing fog lamp bulbs

Yep, my MP5 burned out it's first fog lamp a couple months ago (the passenger side to be exact). I bought new bulbs and planned to replace the bulb when I had the car on ramps for it's 5k mi transfusion of fresh synthetic.

I discovered that replacing the fog lamp bulb appears to be a severe PIA. (rant) Do you have to remove the whole freakin' bumper???

Or perhaps I'm just less mechanically inclined that I previously thought (lol2) .

Anyway, I sure would appreciate some help on this.

if u look behind the fog light (inside bumper), once you remove the plastic splashguard, u can unbolt it via the 3 bolts the whole shabang will fall out.
