Replaced POS HU

BOOSTR

1 OWNR MSP
Replaced my broken HU with a Pioneer DEH-P80MP from Circuit City today. It matches up well with the interior colors. I am happy with the sound quality and glad to have tunes again. My oem unit died in December 2005.

Will do. Here are some daytime shots. Pictures help with these threads, lol.

Thanks. The way it matches up is an added bonus. Now that I figured how to adjust it, the sound is so much more crisp with this unit. Its backlit in organic blue just like the stock unit. But a lot less busier as far as graphics. I like the simplicity of the graphics choices. Have to keep the subwoofer setting on low as its pushing more power and the stock sub will not last long on the other two settings. A new sub is the next audio mod for me. Just have to find the right one.

Huge! The stock intercooler and plastic hardpiping wasn't the only place Mazda cut corners on us. The difference in sound is amazing versus the Kenwood.

Free installation and it was on sale for $299.99 from $399.99. I spent more than I planned intially, but it I wanted something today.
