Removing interior overhead lights

I know there was a wrightup of the process to remove the overhead lights in the past but I cannot find it with searches. Can somone advise me on how to remove the overhead interior lights both front and rear. Thanks

The owner's manual actually has a pretty good set of instructions for this. I used that when installing my LED interior lights.

Just a bit of advice, use a butter knife turned sideways to pry the housings down. Don't use a screwdriver.

I did mine yesterday, there are tabs on the housing that are on the sides right where the button meets the light. Here is the link to the speed3 forum that somebody typed up some really good directions with pictures for a few lights, i know the overhead bulbs are the same but not sure about others.
