RX-8's are starting to hit the shores of North America.

it's a 2004 model, but you should start seeing them "soon" ... i.e. sometime this year.

getting your hands on one is another story though.

Nothing has been announced about the Mazdaspee RX-8 yet. Jeeze, the regular RX-8 hasn't even gotten here yet... Give it some time, you don't want it just thrown together like the MSP do you?

My dealer had an RX-7 in when I went there today. It was already sold though. .

Aight heres the word from mazda, i got on the inside. The Limited Edition RX-7 will be here in about 18 months along with the MS RX-8. Thats all i know, but straight from MAZDA. I will let ya know when i hear more.
By the way, we have lots of RX-8's most are presold and some are not just to let ya know that they are here and they are kick ass ! Got to drive one and LOVED IT!

Again, no specific release date for the MS Rx8 either. he details have not even been released, let alone any specs. You will not see them on our shores anytime before 1st Qtr 04, after that it's anyones guess. Right now you can buy MS accessories in the form of exhausts & the body kit. I would not be suprised if it just stays that way for at least 2 years until they determine they need a boost in the sales #s for the Rx8.
