I just finished helping my friends install his (used) autoexe springs on his base model 2000 miata an hour ago... he got some KYB AGX shocks to install at the same time... I can't stop drooling at the all red suspension (omg)
the autoexe shocks themselves are also red but aren't adjustable... nor are they cheap... so I told him to get the AGXs which are adjustable and they'll match the color
now he'll need to get sway bars and the stock LSD... he already has a JDM mazdaspeed strut bar to help with the chassis rigidity a bit.... damn those base model sway bars are so wimpy!
anyhow, as for the suspension, I took it around the block and the car is a lot flatter now and the ride is completely smooth... the alignment will have to wait till tomorrow... the wheel gap is now even around the stock 14s and although the car isn't slammed (only a 30mm drop), it actually looks like the way it should've been stock! it's tastefully at the correct ride height without totally compromising ground clearance... after all, these springs are designed to be street legal in japan!
as for the springs rates:
front: 3.0-3.4kgf/mm
rear: 2.2-2.7kgf/mm
yes they are progressive, but not really that much so the response is actually linear and doesn't really ride/handle like your typical progressive spring... I actually like this setup! its perfect for a daily driver!
no pics of the car/wheel gap yet, but as for the suspension:

rear:
