Rebuild ZE or Scrap it?

Ok I bought this parts car from a buddy of mine, told me he had no C/r in cylinders 1&3 I assumed he dropped a valve or so>?
Upon opening the engine I found something so disgusting. (headshake
Everything else on the motor looks ok I just pulled the rear cams out, everything look great. The head is chewed & front cam is grinding away. I dont need the ZE I rather sell it. What should I do here????

if you dont need it then scrap it, but by the looks of it I think its toast if you don't want to repair it if possible at all.

Meh.. Too much hassle 2 rip the pistons out! I rather just scrap it 2 the metal guy!

I know it looks gross & horrible like doing a fat chick.. I ended up tossing the block away I had no use 4 it...
