Rear Motor Mount (messed it up)?

i did the rear motor mount mod and it sounds and feels like a dam truck. And the vibration makes the hole interior vibrate at idle and take off and i dont like it at all is that how its supposed to be? is it normal? or did i put the mount in loose? When i lean against the engine the vibration goes away.

how can you tell if the vibration goes away inside the car when you are outside leaning on the engine??

On the plus side as long as it is nice and tight you should be good....and depending on what durometer mount you got yes it could vibrate like crazy. I have the hardest durometer AWRs on my car and every piece of plastic in the car rattles now....You get used to it...

More info please......what mount did you install ? Is the bushing material poly or delrin or epoxy ? What torque values did you use on the bolts ? How many miles have you driven since the install ?

because i can hear it....and notice the difference and in the car the interior and dash and everything shakes like a earth quake during normal take off.

i don't know what torque values i just took it off and on with a breaker bar. Its the stock mazda3 motor mount with epoxy in it. I just now did the mod and waited till it got hard and took it for a spin.

i got some of the epoxy out by prying with a flat head but i am keeping some of it in because the ride is amazing and its like i shift perfect every single time and i never chirped at 4k before but now it chirps only at 4000 rpm but i have an idea that i will do and show you guys for those of you who are complaining about the vibration like me. There will be less vibration but still have the stiffer feel.
