Geez, don't loosen the subframe. Follow the how-to that's already posted in that section and use common sense (and patience) to fill in the blanks. I used a combination of 1/4" drive stuff to get at the harness bracket nuts. I ground one of the studs off because it's practically impossible to get to it with the rear MM in place. You only need one to hold it.
The biggest problem I had was with the MM through-bolt. That sonofabitch had galvanized itself to the nut (and I don't have a rust problem). I broke a couple of 17mm sockets on the damn thing before I gave up and pulled the whole mount. Then I cut the bolt and installed a new one with brake grease on the threads so it wouldn't seize again. I have a thread somewhere about all this. It's a PITA, and I wouldn't plan on doing it in less than a few hours no matter what anyone tells you.
