Rear brakes DRAG!!!! HELP!!!

I am currently installing new hawk pads and Powerslot rotors on my p5. After installing the rear pads and rotors the rear brakes drag bad. The drag is so bad I worried that after breaking in the pads it still will not be enough. I opened the rear caliper all the way and still no luck. I even backed off the screw in the rear of the caliper. Anyone else run into this problem ? I never took it for a drive yet because I amm also installing new S.S. brake lines.
