rear brake rattle over bumps

WHat can it be? It's only the rear passenger side over bumps. If I brake over bumps, the noise stops. If I pull the e-brake slightly, no rattle. I put brake quiet on the pads when I did them. The retaining clip is on there... any idea's? More brake quiet? Just weird it's only one side...

Check all bolts and clips?

I did a few times... don't know if I'm missing a spring somewhere. Only one retaining clip (spring). And the two bolts holding the caliper to the bridge. One pad has a spring on the top (inside pad). And the other pad is just seated with no spring, right?

95% sure it's the outside pad. Is there anything other then this "disc brake quiet" crap I can use? Or is this the best adhesive for this application?
