rear abs sensors, bolt size?

Does anyone know the bolt size/threads for the rear ABS sensors? My bolts in the wheel well came just fine, but the lower pair just broke despite weeks of pre-oiling. I'd rather get the same size to drill and tap instead of "plus 1" since this is the second time the job has been done (first under warranty, now again by me, I see it as a 2-3yr issue...).
