really quick guestion: does 99-02 tail lights fit on 03

Jus that there is no way a car is or is not a sleeper becuase of its tail lights. Especialy ass damn near every underworked honda has them. Its usualy a sign of no power.

not to mention your car has to be fast to be a sleeper. kinda defeats the purpose if your car isnt that fast. not only will you look slow but you are slow. all of the proteges are for the most part.
