Hello Everyone,

I just bought Pioneer AVH4000NEX to install in Mazda CX-9 2007 (with boss sys). I am little confuse about the wiring of RP4MZ11. I was able to power up the radio but no sound is coming at all. Only wires i did not connect was (parking brake, VSS, Reverse Output and Accessory Output (1amp).
Could any please be able to help me with this. it would a appreciate.

There is probably a factory amp that powers the speakers. Your going to have to figure out the power wire for that amp so it knows to turn on with the new deck.

Thank you for your reply, as per the RP4-MZ11 wiring diagram, i made sure the Amp wire connected to accordingly and once i turn on my Ignition i do get the 10 vlts out of the amp wire connected to the from my Mazda harness to the stereo harness and still no sound. unless if you u know there is any other ways to check amp voltage.

Most aftermarket head units also have a 'Mute' wire also. Id double check that one and see if you wired that one up to something possibly. Those are about the only two things i could think of that would cause a "no sound" issue assuming everything else is wired up correctly.
