RE Amemiya Rear spoiler lip.

Does anyone have this part yet? I am considering buying it from the guys at corksport.

I am just wondering how difficult it is to install this particular part and how durable it would be as well

OMG i have been looking for that part forever! since i saw it on the yellow axela, i was wondering where to get it... i think it looks sick! especially with a carbon hood and black rims or accents to match it...

is it for sale on corksports site?

Yes, Corksport currently sells them, but from what i understand the first order has already been spoken for. I really want to get the carbon part, but I dont want to make a mistake and ruin my finish.

I have installed a number of mechanical parts, but never a body part. Any advice from someone with the part already installed would be appreciated.

By the way Jam Asian, do you happen to be of west indian decent? Just curious if Jam Asian was short for Jamaican Asian? Sorry to sound weird if this does not pertain to you.

ummmmm there's a guy here locally who had ordered the lip spoiler, i'll ask him or you could pm TRSpeed3 he's suppose to have it done this week i think, i dont think it should be a hard install, maybe a couple screws and you're set.

DAMN!! That Sux! This is what i was talkin about in one of the earlier posts where i said tape wont hold it. I had screwed on my CF DG lip from the P5...4 years later...still there. Sorry to hear about that, good luck gettin a new one. Did you take any pics?

didnt get a chance too...i installed it came to work whent to my car to go get lunch and it was gone...(bang)

Dude, that sucks man. Where do you live? Maybe if anyone spots a lip spoiler that looks "used", something can be done about it...?

u cant really screw that down...u would have to make holes in your stock wing...

Man that sucks, the only thing going for us is that the lip is only good for our cars. I would not expect that to happen in Orlando without having a good idea of who did it or tracking it back down. I am good friends with some of the dealers in Orlando and it would not be hard to find a list of cars if it says local. Either way I hate thieves!
