Ractive Exhaust not attached properly

Got a problem with my ractive exhaust I installed on my P5.

I tried to install it with the original rubber donuts but the exhaust was touching the floor when hitting a bump.
At my second attemp to fix it, I went to a muffler distributor and got slightly longer donuts. It was good for about 2-3 weeks and then I saw the exhaust starting to shift to one side (offset).

What's the trick to get these exhausts to stay in place and still stay flexible enough not to break ?

Do they make special clips or hangers ?

(It's a Toucan Ractive MTP359 Bolt-on for P5)

personally the system should have either

1. come with its OWN hanger supports (the donuts) OR
2. used the stock ones with NO PROBLEMS>....

I believe if the factory stock ones didn't work for your system, and they didn't supply you with new ones for that system....I would be calling up whom ever you baught the system from and finding out what THEY were going to do to fix the problem of THEIR defective product.
