Race a Integra GSR last night.

I have about 650 miles on the car and I decided to race my friends GSR. His car has Intake Headers Exhaust and Cam's. One time of putting it to redline won't hurt. =) It was pretty cold outside about 65 degrees. Anyways were at the stop sign and I rev up to about 3,000 rpm when I launched. I felt the limited slip gripping and im gone. I'm probably ahead of him by 1 1/2 cars. In the middle of 2nd gear I hear him just shifting to his second and getting closer. I'm still ahead of him by like 1 car and I shift to 3rd and hes about 1/2 car. While we were going 90 - 95 he passes me. WTF Does his car have that much more power to pass ,me that easily? Also Once I get more miles on the car will it have a little more power?

i mean those mods are so generic nowadays who doesn have intake header and exhaust on their honda/acura. i think they should just sell them with I/H/E upgraded from the factory!

Its called 9000, 9000 rpm redline, what our ours like 6700, and a gsr has 175 ponies, drop another 15-20 on because of mods, and yea he has you stock anyday. You took him off the line because i think our cars still have more torque, but his top end crushes our cars if thier still stock.

Nice mods =) You have our Turbo kit on =) Ya, Stupid GSR's. He was so happy he beat me. Now I'm pretty stirred up now. Hehe. I know in the end Mazda > Acura in any event. =) Show, Street, Race.

Just throw on JoeP's 45 dollar boost controller and he cant touch you. Why spend 200 dollars on a CAI for 5 xtra ponies when you can spend 45 on 40 extra ponies. Makes sense to me.

He said a "GSR" Integra. Those put out about 175 to the crank. I/H/E will give it probably about 165-175 to the wheels. My frinds has an Integra GSR with I/H/E and cams. He runs low-mid14s.

I don't list everything I have in a mod list. I've been over this before. Oh, and NOS is an actual company. I think you watch to much of The Fast and the Furious. I run a Nitrous Express setup ..... moron. Don't you have anything better to do? I know it must be hell carrying around that 75 pound fire extinguisher for your Focus's engine fire problems.
