Questions about some installs...

I will be ordering my HKS FMIC, some sort of BOV, and my JIC exhaust next month I do not plan on having any shop install it for me to save some money. So I have a few questions....

Intake....
What companies have an intake for our car yet?

FMIC....
1. Will I need to trim my bumper any to fit the Intercooler and piping? ( the dimensions are Width: 251mm Height:257mm Thickness:65mm using Aluminum Intercooler Pipes)
2. I will lose my fog lights correct?
3. How long should I expect the install to be?

Blow off valve....
1. Would I want a recirculating BOV or would it be okay to vent to the atmosphere with a valve.
2. Where is the ideal spot to place the valve.

Exhaust....
My exhaust pipping should be 2.5in correct and will it still be able to maintain/manage back pressure well at that size.

Final question, I do not plan on doing this any time soon but...
What would be a better turbo I was thinking on the lines of a T3/T4ob hybrid or should I run a HKS GT2530 (T3 flange).

as far as how long a project like this is going to take its completly up to you and your level of craftsmanship. this isn't something you want to go slamming together and if you don't think you have all the proper tools or might not be sure your going to be able to follow through with it once you've started you may want to wait a little while extra and let the big boys take care of it professionally. its always nice to know somebody else messed up your car that was you don't have to come up with the extra $$$ to fix it, it would be on their heads.

as far as the BOV goes i've heard different things about where it should be mounted and whether or not it should be plumbed back into the car or vented to the atmosphere. i guess venting to the atmosphere is the way to go if your looking for alot of sound but with give your ECU problems with the intake codes as far as measured amounts of air.

best of luck to ya and you might better hope SpoolinMSP reads this. i'm sure he could lend a helping hand or 3

only 2.5"?
Go for a 3 inch exhaust.
Less back pressure is good with a turbo car.
Get a BOV that vents back into the intake. Can't remember who, but a guy in Vancouver got one that vents to the air, and it really hurt the cars performance.
I have no advice about FMIC.
