Question (pics inside)

I just picked up my DGM ram air intake. Everything seems fine but I am curious where to mount the carbon fiber filter cover. There aren't any pre drilled holes in the box for it so does that mean I need to drill some? Check out the pics below:
I know some of you guys have been wanting to see pics of this set up.

BTW, I am selling my ractive intake now if anyone is interested.

I thought that piece goes ON the hood right above the vent.

Also do you know if you can buy that box for the intake because I have that hood but not the box....

Pretty sure you can buy the box, just call DGM. It was $49 I believe and comes with the carbon fiber cover if I am not mistaken.

that box kind looks like a garbage pal. How big is it. I really like the look of the hood and was thiking about getting one this summer. I will be boosted and my intake will be about where that vent is and would liek to mod it so I so cold air to the turbo. can you take some pick over the nder side of the hood by the vent and wiht the intake stuff installed and where does that cf cover go?

Sorry guys, its been raining ALL day here. Tomorrow I should be able to get some pics. Btw, the box its pretty big. I got it all installed yesterday minus the CF filter cover. I had problems getting the hood to close and I tried readjusting the piping several times for a better fitment but nothing seemed to work. Finally I just took off the rubber sealing around the top of the air box and cut the corner of the box just about a quarter of an inch. Hood was able to close after that.

Finally, thanks for finally putting a picture of the kit up. I actually started a thread on this a while back but never got any pictures of the actual box system.

Oh yeah,what is that cf cover for??

The CF cover is for the filter. With the hood closed you can easily see the filter sitting there so the cf cover will be drilled into the box above the filter so that water can't get in so easliy.
