Question on Front Brakes

I am working on replacing the front brakes on my 2001 ES 2.0. The factory service manual calls for removing the first bolt, which appears to be holding in the bolt for the brake fluid line. Before I begin, I want to ask - I can remove this safely without having to worry about brake fluid seeping out?

The rest of this seems pretty straightforward, but just the first bolt concerns me for paranoid reasons.

You shouldn't beed to mess with the bolt where the rubber brake hose meets the caliper if you are just doing pads/ rotors. All you should need to remove are two caliper bolts.
