Question: How to adjust Fog Lights?

:
2010 Mazda 5 GT galaxy grey
Hello,

My 1st inquiry on this M247 Forum, are fog lights adjustable on my 2010 Mazda 5 GT? I like the car so far. It's been since Dec 29th that I have been a 1st Mazda owner.

Also, is there more efficient fog bulbs I could install?

All OEM fog lights are adjustable on a vertical axis, like headlights. Aftermarket fogs are non-adjustable.

See the Mazda Fog Light install guide, page 7 and 8. This is for 06-07 (I think) but the idea is OEM fogs are adjustable, as I've seen in my previous cars too.

Here's a better guide on aiming headlight / fog light and why we can't aim horizontally.

Ok, thanks for your answers. To me they look like the fog lights could point up a bit more upwards. I didn't research the type/wattage of the bulbs in these. I wonder if I could find another tint(color) of bulb to get more of a 'anti-fog' effect.

I looked through the workshop manual, and though it does mention a way of adjusting the fogs on the horizontal axis (up/down), to do so requires cutting out a small section of the plastic to open up the slot. This is done from the lower backside of the housing.
